I’m Sujatha — someone who’s walked the path of growth, with all its twists, turns, and pauses. For over 30 years, I’ve worked in Banking, Social Impact, education and leadership, helping people and organizations unlock their potential. But more than titles or milestones, I believe growth is about showing up for yourself every day — even when it feels messy or uncertain.
Through my work and my journey, I’ve learned that real transformation happens when curiosity meets courage, and when we allow ourselves to pause, reflect, and reset.
